Principle Consultant, Pete Velez, has 25 years experience in Food and Beverage including restaurant operations, pub and production brewing, brewery start-up, contract manufacturing and ingredient/supply sales and procurement. He holds degrees in Finance and Fermentation Science is a World Beer Cup and Great American Beer Festival medalist and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt candidate.
